How long is a TEC membership valid for?

TEC memberships are valid for as long as one meets the criteria of membership, which one is being an undergraduate student. That means, when you register as a member, you can remember a member all through your days in school.

However, membership of the Inner Circle (which is our premium membership) is valid for one calendar year. Members of the Inner Circe are required to renew their membership every year.

Can I upgrade my membership to a higher tier later on?

Yes, you can upgrade your membership to a higher tier at any time by following the upgrade process on our website. We encourage members to explore their options and choose the tier that best suits their evolving needs.

Is TEC limited to a particular location or institution?

While TEC was founded at the University of Nigeria, it has expanded to multiple institutions in Nigeria. Our goal is to gradually spread to more institutions, so you can check if we are present at your institution.

Can I join TEC if I'm not in Nigeria?

Yes. Membership of TEC is open to all undergraduates within Africa, irrespective of country.
