The Emerge Club International Conference is a special annual conference hosted by The Emerge Club. The conference is designed to help undergraduates develop an improved mindset and views on issues pertaining to education, career, business, human relationship, and life after school.

The Young Women Conference is put in place by the Double Edged Impact Network to help rally more young women in Africa to the awareness of the limitless potentials in them and to equip them with the right information, knowledge, resources and connections to get started and continue in that journey.
The Young Women Conference is designed to be an annual conference with this year’s edition being the second edition of what we hope to continue as an annual must-attend event for Young Women in Africa.
Why Africa?
We believe that young women in Africa have unique talents, ideas, and perspectives that can make a significant impact on the world.
The theme of this year’s Young Women Conference is “Dare To Dream”. We chose this theme to inspire young women in Africa to break free from the limitations that hold them back and to encourage them to dream big and pursue their goals with passion and determination.
We understand that as young women in Africa, there are many challenges and obstacles that can make it difficult to pursue your dreams such as gender bias, limited access to education and resources, and societal expectations and these may hold you back from achieving your dreams.
That’s why we’re bringing together a group of successful women entrepreneurs, leaders, and influencers who have overcome similar challenges and achieved success in their respective fields.
Our speakers will share their personal stories and provide practical advice on how to overcome obstacles, build resilience, and achieve success. They will challenge you to think outside the box, to believe in yourself, and to take bold action to make your dreams a reality.
